How we work with clients
Initial discussions are focused on general characteristics of the design and function; length, width, height, weight capacity, and other needs are discussed. As the process of development moves forward, CAD drawings are modified to show proper shelf heights, angles of work surfaces, and other important considerations. To guarantee a smooth transition from prototype to final product, PickingCarts.Com works closely with the customer and manufacturer. The use of computer aided design facilitates this effort.

The CAD drawings below are examples of a completed, customer-driven product. Our customer, with feedback from their associates, was able to provide ideas throughout the design process. Changes were quickly made by engineering, and returned to the customer by email to help speed the approval process. Once approved, a prototype was manufactured, tested, and approved for production.
